The following online ProFunds New Account Form will collect the information required to Open an Account. If you already have an account directly with ProFunds select the Existing Client option and we will streamline the process by pre-filling the application with your information.

Requirements to open an account online:

You must be a U.S. Citizen or Resident Alien
You must reside in the U.S. or have an APO/FPO address
You must fund the account with a check or electronic funds transfer from your bank.

If you do not meet the online account opening criteria or wish to open an account by mail, please Download, print, complete and mail a New Account form.
